Playboy has generally followed the same standard since its inception. Even once his daughter took over the company in the 1990s, Hugh still selected the Playmates for every issue of the magazine and perhaps still does.
Noelle is a Cyber Girl amateur on the Playboy Plus Website and while the women for the Website are not selected by Hugh, they do still generally fit into his standard which is the mainstream (white) standard: tall, slim, big tits preferred, but rarely a big ass. Noelle does not have extremely large tits—not every woman selected for model for Playbod does—but her tits are not bad. She does not have a huge ass, but it is a little rounder and fuller than the average white girl’s butt. And, as a rare treat, she is a Millennial that has not engaged in self-mutilation: no tattoos and no implants both of which have become increasingly more common for women posing for Playboy or in general.

It is not so much that Playboy is trying something new as the fact that the Playboy Plus Website is not the magazine. Playboy magazine has about three pictorials per month and, as I mentioned above, one pictorial (the Playmate) is Hugh’s selection. The Website can introduce new women daily and quite a few young women seem to want to pose nude. Just as a matter of numbers more women of color will appear on Playboy Plus and, there are as many attractive black women that fit the mainstream body type ideal as the black and Latino ideal.
Non-white women are still in the minority on the Playboy Plus Website—and Playboy seems to have a penchant for finding women that look white even in terms of their international models from non-European nations (Playboy Brazil, et al.)—but you are more likely to come across non-white women on the Website than in the magazine just due to the sheer quantity of models. It may also be the case that more black women now see Playboy as an option than in the past.
